WestedaleHousing.ca has been offering rentals to McMaster students for more than 20 years. We understand the need to provide the best balance of quality, convenience and cost. The houses we list are well located, and are close to campus, professionally managed and maintained. We offer good value for McMaster students living off-campus. WestdaleHousing.ca is caring, always willing to listen and help, and we do our best to make off-campus living a positive experience for you.
About Us
Frank Ho has been the landlord for Westdale Housing for more than 20 years. He was a former student at McMaster University graduating from Electrical Engineering in the 70's. He began investing in these houses after graduation.
Tim Schoffer is the property manager with experience over 20 years and care of multiple houses. With his own team he will be efficient as possible to get everything arranged. He is the best person to get into contact with and can sort out any inquires, showings, etc.
Matt Beevor is the maintenance manager. He has been servicing our properties for many years. He will take care of any repairs, lawn servicing and help you in any way he can.
